职位描述：
岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：
position responsibilities：
1. 供应商发票监督和过账
Monitor and post vendor invoices against good receipts on purchase orders
2. 审核费用单据并过账
Check expense bills and post G/L transactions
3. 关联公司对账
Inter-company accounts reconciliation
4. 出口退税申报
VAT Refund declaration
5. 月度科目余额核对
Conduct monthly accounts reconciliation to ensure the compatible statutory account balance
6. 及时完成并提交法定税务和财务报表
Complete and submit statutory tax returns and finance statements timely
7. 协助参与年度审计并与审计师合作完成审计报告
Assist Finance Supervisor for the annual audit and cooperate with auditors to finish audit report
8. 固定资产明细账
Maintain fixed assets register
9. 分析预提费用，准备过账凭证
Analyze accruals, prepare and post related vouchers
10. 全盘处理系统月底结账工作
Fully handle of system month end closing works
11. 协调物流部门滚动和年度盘点并核对数量
Coordinate with logistic team for the rolling or annual physical inventory and counting result reconciliation
12. 上级领导安排的其他任务
Ad hoc assigned by line managers

岗位要求：
job requirement：
1. 会计专业本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting
2. 至少5年或以上外资制造企业总账经验
At least 5 years or more G/L experience in multinational manufacture company
3. 优秀的office应用能力，尤其是Excel应用
Strong skill of Microsoft office, especially in Excel
4. 良好的与内部和外部各方面英语和普通话沟通能力
Good communication skills with internal and external parties in English and Mandarin
5. 有ERP经验， Navision经验优先考虑
ERP experience is a must, Navision system experience preferred
6. 熟悉中国会计准则和国际会计准则
Familiar with China Chart of Accounts and IFRS
7. 有很强的制造业税务知识和经验，跨国企业经验尤佳
Strong Tax knowledge and experience in manufacturing company, Multinational company preferred
8. 工作热情仔细，严谨，愿意接受新的工作内容
Work with extreme enthusiasm and detail oriented, can do attitude 举报 分享

Avanti Wind Systems Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was established in 2006. Avanti China now has two factory in Shanghai and Tianjin with about 100 employees.

All machining of components are outsourced to sub-suppliers as our main focus is quality control and assembly of final products.
