向我们的最终用户及内部客户提供及时的专业现场服务支持。
工作职责:
1. 提供高水准的服务以增进客户满意度；
2. 安装及调试机床；
3. 现场维修机床；
4. 协助客户解决技术相关的问题；
5. 在提供现场服务时推广公司的产品，提供服务情报；
6. 积极参与备品备件的销售；
7. 在展会和开放日协助产品展示；
8. 必要时收集最终验收报告；
9. 驾驶公司服务车提供服务；
10. 上司安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1. 大专以上学历，机械工程或电气工程等相关专业
2. 三年以上机床行业售后服务和维修经验
3. 熟练掌握数控系统，如FANUC，西门子，海德汉，三菱等
4. 熟悉车床，铣床者优先
5. 拥有有效机动车驾驶证
