职位描述：
1. Assist in development of CBT training programs at quality control process following systems, procedures, and statistical techniques.
2. Perform SQ reviews with all relevant personnel within service teams.
3. Analyze production limitations and standards.
4. Recommend revision of specifications when indicated.
5. Formulate or assist in formulating quality control policies and procedures as per Local service procedure (LSP).
6. Assist in the update of quality related process and documents.
7. Perform the service quality objectives and complete documentation of data and project results in a timely manner.
8. Establish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and control all measuring equipment for regular calibration as per AIM’S system.
9. Perform quality engineering reviews for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
10. Enter Non-conformance report (NCR) when receive incorrect components from other locations.
11.Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analysing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
12. Review all purchased products or components and provide input to the decision to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor.
13. Perform physical inspect the damaged parts or products when received customer complaints and provide an necessary Tear down report and initial finding report during tools disassembly process.
14. Hold a management review meeting for quality part in quarterly basis.
Prepare reports to communicate involvement and results of quality activities.
15. Prepare and present technical and program information to team members and management.
16. Direct technical and administrative workers engaged in quality activities.
17. Maintain a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards.
18. Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures.
19. Using Track-A-Tool(TAT), Electronic Documents System (EDS), ITrax and JDE applications for normal work.
