POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Manage a purchasing team, formulation and implementation for purchasing plan and cost control, select and manage suppliers.
管理采购团队,制定并实施采购计划、成本控制,选择并管理供应商。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述:
1. Responsible formulate, maintain and implement company’s purchasing strategy, ensure reach company short team and long team objectives;
负责公司采购策略的制定、维护与实施,确保达到公司短期和长期目标;
2. Ensure all purchasing activities are strictly in compliance with company policy, procedures and company code of conduct
确保所有的采购活动严格遵守公司的制度、程序和行为要求
3. Lead and manage team for daily sourcing activities by working closely with stakeholders and ensure annual target met, supply risk managed, and 100% sourcing on time, at the right quality, cost and service level.
领导和管理团队的采购活动,与利益相关者密切合作确保全年目标的实现,管控采购风险,实现100%按时采购及达到质量、成本和服务要求;
4. Minimize supply risks, according purchasing strategy to development and introduction new suppliers, control and stabilize the scale of supply chain and constantly improve the quality of it.
供应风险最小化,根据采购策略开发引进新的供应商,控制供应链规模、确保供应链的稳定并不断提高供应链整体素质;
5. Lead team to manage supplier relationship management in daily work incl. supplier qualification and evaluation management, KPI set-up, performance monitoring and review. suppliers evaluation and build supplier dates to motivating qualified suppliers and eliminate unqualified suppliers;
领导团队对供应商进行管理,包括供应商资质和评估管理,KPI指标设定,供应商监控和评估,供应商考核建立供应商数据库,激励现有优秀供应商、淘汰不合格供应商;
6. Responsible for new project inquiry and quote price, fixed point and tracking progress, according to the new project launch time and purchasing process, carry out the new purchased parts of price negotiation and trial production;
负责管理采购产品的新项目询价报价、定点并跟踪开发进度,按照项目进度及采购流程及时开展新采购部件的议价、试制等工作;
7. Responsible for product procurement for new project within three months, coordinate with supplier supply progress to meet production requirement of the new project, ensure 100% on time delivery;
负责新项目量产三个月内的产品采购,协调供应商供货进度满足新项目生产进度要求,确保100%按时供货;
8. Responsible formulation and implementation of annual purchasing cost reduction plan, grasp the official policies and industry trends, tracking the changes of raw material market, according the information to optimize cost opportunity and avoid supply chain risk;
负责采购产品年度降价计划的制定与实施,及时掌握政策、行业趋势、跟踪原材料市场变化,根据掌握的信息寻找优化成本的机会或提前预警规避可能存在的供应链风险;
9. Responsible communicate with suppliers about the information of quality, environment and safety management, ensure procurement, transportation, contract and services aspects meet the requirements of management system;
负责与供方、承包方就质量、环境和安全管理的信息进行沟通,确保在采购、运输、承包和服务方面的沟通达到管理体系要求;
10. Set up emergency purchasing plan for key raw materials, spare parts and necessary equipment and accessories, to ensure completion of the productions plan;
针对关键原材料、零部件和生产必需的设备和配件,建立紧急采购措施计划确保生产目标的实现;;
11. Coach and motivate team to professionalism development.
培训和激发团队的专业型发展
12. Achieve any other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
完成总经理安排的其他工作。
QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in trade or science and engineering
本科及以上,贸易类,理工类专业;
2. More than 10 years purchasing related working experience in manufacturing enterprises, 3 years working experience in purchasing management, with auto industry purchasing experience is preferred;
10年以上生产制造型企业采购相关工作经验,3年以上采购经理工作经验,具备汽车行业采购背景者优先;
3. Familiar with Office software sad SAP system;
熟练运用OFFICE办公软件及SAP系统;
4. Possess professional knowledge of purchasing negotiation, supplier development and management, and knowledge of economic contract law;
具备采购谈判、供应商开发、管理等专业知识及经济合同法知识;
5. Familiar with TS16949 and VDA6.3;
熟悉TS16949和VDA6.3体系;
6. Good knowledge and experience on contracting terms and conditions.
具备合同条款订立相关知识及经验
7. Good negotiator with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
具备较强的交流沟通技能及时间管理技能;
8. Good English skills
英语水平良好。
