职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Manage the reporting of supply chain via consolidating and analyzing data from the whole supply chain activities;
- Organize the process of analysis & review of abnormal stock provision & write off, follow up on actions of disposal in each plant and warehouse until its fully completion;
- As the Assistant of DGM – Supply Chain for the daily business by consolidating necessary data and organizing activities like business travel etc.;
- Manage the dashboard of different plants and all dept. within SC for continuous improvement;
- Organize the benchmarking of lube plants operation and act as a bridge with PIC in HQ to clarify and submit data;
- Monitor the change of process and follow up changing DoA accordingly;
- Assist to manage the Capex budget & spending within 3 plants and T&W department to provide clear picture monthly;
- Assist the approval of all supply chain documents by MD and MD N-1. Screening the documents by checking and questioning the explanation on the reasonability, necessity and whether complying the IC/DOA, etc.;
- Organize and participate in important meetings like Stock committee meeting, business review meeting and supply chain dept. meeting.

Qualifications/Experience required:
- Bachelor degree or above, major of supply chain management or engineering;
- More than 5 years working experience in plant operation, planning or logistics area;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work proactively and independently with time pressure;
- Fast learner and good team player with strong communication skills’
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, familiar with SAP system;
