职位描述：
Roles and responsibilities:

1. Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
3. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
4. Work with various stakeholders to ensure resource availability and allocation to focus on the project
5. Set up a project communication plan for team members, steering committee, stakeholders etc. and executes it effectively
6. Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs via effective change management processes, and escalates promptly as needed for changes beyond control.
7. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
8. Measure project performance and report progress regularly
9. Ensure timely Report and escalation to management for important and key issues needing attention or that may potentially derail project in terms of quality, cost or timeline
10. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
11. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
12. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
13. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process flowcharts etc.
14. Plan transition including controlled hand-over into support and maintenance
15. Ensure standard IT processes are being followed throughout project

Job requirement

1. 8+ years working experience in IT applications
2. 5+ years of working experience as IT project manager for ERP projects
3. Experience working in International MNC environment
4. Good understanding of ERP projects, with Microsoft AX project implementation experience highly desirable
5. Solid project management knowledge
6. Strong organization and team collaboration skills
7. Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
9. Well-versed in using tools like MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio 举报 分享
