SinoStruct is a part of the Monadelphous group based in Western Australia. As a result of the continued growth and strategic expansion at SinoStruct, an opportunity exists for a Document Controller to join our growing team.
The Document Controller is responsible for the control of all documents (drawings, specifications, procedures, policies) for allocated projects within SinoStruct. You will be recording and issuing documents and maintaining registers, filing systems and indexes for document control. You will also be required to assist with other administrative duties in SinoStruct.
The minimum requirements are:
- Experience in providing administrative and secretarial support, preferably in an engineering or construction environment
- Previous experience in document control processes would be an advantage
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
- Skills entering and maintaining data on an electronic database
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft software packages
- Written communication skills – able to draft correspondence and edit documents
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve and locate information
