Job Duties:
? Overall responsibility of project activities
? Cost, time and quality management and customer satisfaction in the project
? Prepare and distribute project schedule
? On time report project status, including all necessary reports, POC project
? Taking actions to identify and mitigate or eliminate risks
? Monitor purchasing plan and ensure that purchasing is conforming to the project schedule and specific contractual purchasing demands
? Contract status reports
? Updating forecast estimation, project cost follow-up, project cash flow and milestones in SAP, analysis the deviation of actual and budget.
? Approve all major purchasing invoices in the project
? Back charge and +/- list management with the customer and suppliers
? Monitoring and control of liquidated damages
? Training of customer’s personnel
? Organization of commissioning, start-up and guarantee run
? Respond efficiently to failures during the warrantee period
? Transferring the responsibility and information to the service organization at the end of the warrantee period

Other, Non-Project Related
? Share knowledge via the intranet, team meetings and in other appropriate forums and media
? Improve processes, standards, tools and skill levels within the organization together with other members of the project team.
? Support Sales, Technology and Product and Service manager(s)
? Maintain share folders


Qualification
? Bachelor or Master Degree in nonwoven industry
? Mechanical background is preferred
? Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
? Up to five years of experience in equipment manufacture in Project Management working on complicated projects
? SAP knowledge and skills an advantage
? Basic understanding and user knowledge from MS Office tools (word, excel, ppt, etc)
? Highly motivated
? Good cooperation with team spirit
? Good communication skill with customer and internal 举报 分享
