职位描述：
1. An end to end project owner in single site acquisition projects

1. Work closely in the field to understand local market dynamic and intelligence in fuels retail real estate market
2. Establish connection with local landlords and real estate developers in the industry
3. In accordance with Market plan and network plan, select right negotiation party to pursue target site acquisitions
4. Responsible for ensuring adequate legal, operational and financial due diligence is completed on all options
5. Working closely with other supporting functional teams comprising legal, finance, tax, HSSE, engineering and commercial and Network Planning, formulate and propose the right deal structure
6. Close negotiation with contract party, develop appropriate FM's and seek formal approval, close negotiation in contracting
7. Responsible for after contract execution, ensuring that engineering retrofit to meet BP standard and all the appropriate Government licenses are secured and that regulations are fully observed
8. Develop individual project pipeline, ensuring effective management of pipeline e.g. cash/capital forecast, cycle time and successful rate.
9. Support Network Development in overall pipeline management, contributing market/trade area entry in agreed route map
10. Support network planning to develop network plan in the selected market, ensuring a concentrated network in appropriate development pace setting


Educational background
？ University degree is preferred

Experience (years and nature)
？ At least 5 years’ relevant experience in real estate development, with solid case demonstrations
？ Familiar with relevant regulations, e.g. land ownership, auction, license and permits
？ Sufficient commercial knowledge to complete FM for investment cases
？ Have knowledge and exposure on the legal side
？ Excellent negotiation skills and project management skills
？ A good communicator that can coordinate and integrate different resources
？ Strong planning and organising skills to handle multi-tasks
