Responsibility 职责
The position is responsible for the capital expense control and management , assist finance manager for annual budget, supervise and review AP, AR, Tax and internal control etc.
此职位主要负责资本性投资项目管理和控制,协助财务经理编制年度财务预算, 监督并管理应付账款、应收账款、纳税申报和内部控制等日常工作。

Specific Responsibilities 具体工作职责
Capital expense management and coordination.
固定资产投资项目管理和协调。
Responsible for various analysis reports such as Capex, investment return analysis and manufacturing var analysis etc.
负责各种财务分析报表的制作如资本项目报告,投资回报分析,产品制造差异分析报表等等。
Help finance manager prepare annual budget and corresponding cost control.
协助财务经理编制年度预算及相应的成本控制。
Help finance manager deal with internal/external audit and governmental affairs.
协助财务经理处理内外部审计及其有关的政府事务。
Responsible for company cash flow management forecast preparation and follow up.
管理公司的现金流的预测和跟踪
Regularly review and maintain sound internal control mechanism, ensure accounting policies compliance.
定期审核和保持健全的内部控制机制并确保会计业务的合规性。
Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to Finance.
领会贯彻公司EHS政策在针对财务领域上的相关要求。
Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities which endanger the environment or people.
接受相应的EHS培训并能够对因违反EHS要求而危及环境和人员的行为及时进行汇报。

Requirements 职位要求
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting related.
会计及相关专业本科或以上学历。
CET-6 or above.
大学英语六级以上。
At least 2 years experience in manufacturing finance supervisor, familiar with project management or costing.
至少2年以上的制造企业会计主管经历，精通项目管理或者成本核算。
Be familiar with MS Office and other computer related.
熟悉办公及相关软件的应用。
Have experience with ERP.
具有ERP的使用经验。
Good communication skill
