职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that IT systems comply with Benteler IT Security policies and standards;
2. Controls frequently monitoring of IT Security Console & IT environment and ensure actions accordingly;
3. Solves IT Security related tickets at local level, assists IT Security relevant audits at local level;
4. Implements operational procedures for local IT services;
5. Administrates, documents and optimizes local IT infrastructure services and costs;
6. Monitors local IT infrastructure services to prevent incidents and proactively reporting of possible risks;
7. Manages local IT assets including the replacement of hardware and software in alignment with purchasing department;
8. Provides 2nd level support for end users concerning problems with hardware and software;
9. Monitors performance of local and central IT support and initiates counter actions/provides feedback;
10. Participates and supports regional IT to plan, budget and implement infrastructure projects;
11. Addresses business requirements concerning IT infrastructure to regional IT;
12. Informs local Management about IT standards, security requirements and other IT related affairs;
13. Manages local software licenses for users and local IT;
14. Supports Production IT projects, and participates related tasks;
15. Operates MES IT Operations infrastructure;
16. Participates on regional and global IT initiatives like projects, conventions, expert circles & summits;
17. Acts as corresponding technical IT partner for Production and Office IT matters;
18. Assists to optimizes local IT infrastructure services and costs;
19. Supports tasks assigned by local and regional management team following BENTELER IT Policies and Guidelines
20. Assists to address business requirements concerning IT infrastructure to Regional IT Operations Manager
21. Assists in the budget planning;
22. Other tasks assigned by management team.

Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
? At least 2-3 year’s working experience on IT related working experience;
? Must be customer-oriented in working with internal customers and end-users of the company’s computer system;
? Familiar with Switch, Router, Firewall, WLAN, WAN. Holding CCNA is a plus;
? Knowledge with Windows Server 2008/2012, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO. Holding MCSE is a plus;
? Knowledge with virtual environment system, e.g. VMware, Hyper-V;
? Knowledge with Server/Storage hardware;
? Knowledge with software distribution system, e.g. DSM, SCCM;
? Knowledge with Citrix product and environment;
? Familiar with Production line, Industrial network(e.g. Siemens Profinet) is preferred;
? Basic understanding of business and shop floor // operations processes;
? Has basic knowledge about Applications landscape and Automation (e.g. PLC, OPC);
? Familiar with Win 7, Redhat Linux Desktop and SQL database;
? Knowledge with telecommunication, VoIP system;
? Good MS office skills;
? Good speaking, reading, and written English is preferred;
? Good troubleshooting skill;
? Good sense of business processes;
