职位描述：
Position Title: Professional Services Operation Staff（Contractor）
Location: Shanghai

Job Summary
This position is part of Business Operation function with main focus on providing business operation and support across China. As a Business Operation Team member, this role will also provide supports to PS management and solution team management in managing the operational and process deployment aspects of professional services, including process localization and reporting and system governance

Key Responsibilities
Be the contact point for China project administration tasks and issues.
Project Governance & Monitor and manage project billings
Operation support such as contract term reviewing, pipeline reviewing with sales team and PS team, AR collection tracking and so on
Month-end closing and Actual results validation & reconciliation
Financial analysis or reporting support such as WIP analysis, cost analysis, expense tracking supports and so on.

Work Environment
Based in Shanghai

Skills & Attributes
Strong knowledge of project accounting principles.
Preferred to have knowledge of Teradata solutions and offerings, PSA/change point system.
Strong ability in Excel.

Basic Qualifications
University graduate, major in Accounting or Finance is preferable
3 years working experience in MNC ( multi-national company)/ IT company
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English / Chinese)
Self motivated with a good attention to details and produce high quality work.
Adaptable - Adjusts to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
Strong time and deadline management skills
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Have a proven ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to manage priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Financial background/ IT industry or MNC working experience
