Job Duties:
1. Follow up major key account shipment and play as a bridge between key account client to counter party
2. Monitor daily coordinator work between internal team and key account customers
3. Act as the back up in the case team member is not available
4. Assistant handling office to handle special project shipments for instance, oversize or DG cargo
5. Collect market information, vendor’s quotation and share feedback to sales team
Job Requirements:
1. 7-8 years Air/Ocean export/import customer service working experience
2. Colleague degree and above
3. Good at written English
4. 5+years Air related working experience is better
