职位描述：

Treasury Accountant will be responsible for treasury and banking operation. Control cashflow and treasury related risks.

The Job holder will be accountable for the delivery of the following key areas.

Cash Collection

？ Responsible for incoming BA/LC verification and control the risk to make sure no overdue BA/LC.
？ Responsible for BA/LC discounting and endorsement.
？ Make sure bank exposures are within BP treasury's limit and report to BP treasury.

Domestic Bank Payment

？ Compliant with Chinese banking regulation and group policy.
？ Monitor and review the application for payment, including invoice, payment amount, bank guarantee/performance bond, bank account, etc.
？ Handle daily payment tracking report in order to record the status of the payment.
？ Be proficient in e-banking system and operate masterly the internet bank.
？ Bind the bank voucher with the payment application and write number to AP accountant in order to the account reconciliation between bank and SAP data.

Overseas Payment

？ Ensure to comply with policies and laws of SAFE, China Tax, People's Bank of China, etc.
？ Monitor and review the offshore contract terms and conditions to arrange advance payment and each milestone payment of the foreign exchange transaction in time.
？ Prepare the applications for funds transfer overseas, invoice, contract, customs declaration, tax notes, ship notes, and correlative data for the payment purpose.
？ Distinguish strictly the payment items between trading goods and non-trading technical service.

Cash Report

？ Record daily bank & cash movement details and list the category in order to prepare Monthly Cash Report.
？ Prepare daily bank report and estimate BA & LC collection weekly to control the bank balance.
？ Collect all the data resource of the supplier and employee that is identical with the information in SAP.
？ Reconcile bank & cash amount with AP and AR monthly on the basis that the account balance is fully reconciled between bank and SAP.


University graduate degree in Finance or Economics.

？ 1-2 years' experience in Treasury or Accounting area.

c. Others

？ Strong language skills in both English and Chinese.
？ Skilled with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point.
