岗位职责：

1. 研究行业发展动向，进行客户拓展
2. 维护现有客户，并不断挖掘客户需求
3. 收集行业内人才信息，积累人才资源库
4. 相关候选人资料的收集、整理、面试及推荐后续事宜
5. 完成公司既定的个人年度任务目标
6. 负责团队的搭建和管理

任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，能进行英文报告的书写和简单的英文面试
2. 具备优秀的沟通技巧，开放性思维，有服务意识，能胜任高压力工作
3. 三年以上专业领域销售或人力资源经验
4. 对猎头行业有深刻的认识，有工作激情，并愿意在人力资源咨询行业长期发展
5. 工作积极主动，具备优良的职业操守、职业素养，有强烈的责任感
