Main duties:
Recruitment function:
1. Communicate with line managers to update recruiting requirements for frontline employees and other office position;
2. Work closely with HR hunter agency to arrange interview and indentify shortlist potential candidates;
3. Give great support on new project launch ensure of plenty talent candidates we can offer;
4. Research and develop new recruiting channels;
5. Interface and strengthen relationships with line managers to ensure employment needs are addressed in a timely fashion.
6. Prepare management reports and records all recruiting data ensure of the entire information;
7. Continuously improve the hiring quality, to meet resource requirements through creative and cost effective manner.
Training Function:
1.To be responsible for training need analysis, course develop and design, course delivery, evaluation and tracking.
2.Implements pre training program as schedule to assure maximize transfer of classroom training to the workplace.
3.Facilitated or organized the relevant internal training.
4.Determine how course content should be delivered through appropriate instruction procedure/method( ex., classroom, E-learning, self-study, on job training programs)
5.Other assigned project by line manager.
