Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责：
- Coordinating service activities, including协调服务部门的各项活动，包括：
>Update and maintain service data in ERP system, analyzing the data and forwarding them to responsible person. 更新并维护ERP系统中的服务数据，分析并转发给相应的负责人；
> Pro-actively collection of FAP and weekly summary report 积极主动收集汇总FAP和周报告；
> Process warranty claims in BaaN IV system 在BaaN IV系统中处理机床保修需求；
> Process machine installation claims 处理机床安装后财务申报；
> Weekly report of warranty- and installation service turnover 每周汇总机床保修和安装的收益；
- Obtaining regular progress updates for work orders 定期更新工作订单进展情况；
- Translate technical documents including but not limited to Product Problem Report (PPR) from English to Mandarin and vice versa with high-quality and high-efficiency within the timeline; 在要求的时间内，保质保量地对技术文件进行中英文互译，技术文件包括但不限于《服务问题报告》；
- Setup DMG MORI Dictionary; 建立德马吉森精机专用词库；
-Participate in PPR process; 参与PPR工作流程；
Requirement / 任职要求:
- Bachelor degree, major in English, mechanical or electrical engineering or related 本科以上学历，英语或机械工程等相关专业
- At least 1 year working experience in a local or multinational corporation 至少一年工作经验
- Practical knowledge of Office tools 熟练操作微软办公软件
- Fluent in Chinese and English 中英文沟通流利
