职位描述：
Position: Admin Executive
职位：行政专员

Location: Shanghai
地点：上海

Description:

1. Assist on the administration team management (cleaning, security, lunch box, ect.)

2. Provide a wide range of day-to-day administrative support, coordinate meetings, conferences, license renewal, office decoration ect.

3. Assist on the communication with the local government, local institute and property management team.

4. Prepare presentations, documents, reports and correspondence in a timely and accurately manner.

5. Other tasks assigned by the Admin supervisor.


Requirements:

1 Two year working experience above as admin executive is a plus

2 College degree or above, majority in business, commercial, logistics or English language is preferred

3 Excellent communication skills with excellent oral & written English

4 Proficient in MS Office, especially excellent skill in PowerPoint, Excel & Word;
