职位描述：
主要工作职责：
1.Prepare monthly financial statements and related reports, including account reconciliations
2.Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assists Site Manager and VP, Finance
3.Assist in managing and reporting against company-wide key performance indicators(KPIs)
4.Provide an accurate analysis on weekly basis upon sales realized against release, inventory turnover, overtime and headcount and scrap amount
5.Manage the tax related work, including VAT/Finance Subsidy, to ensure full compliance with all authorities
6.Manage timely and accurate payment including trading and non-trading
7.Institute and maintain the organization's internal controls structure, and develop appropriate policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets
8.Coordinate all internal and external audits
9.Collaborate with IT Department to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement in data reporting
10.Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism
11.Assist in budget development, review and rolling forecast updates especially expense control
12.Review company contracts for VP Finance and Site Manager execution
13.Manager petty cash transaction
14.All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

任职要求Requirements and Qualifications:
1.Must familiar with SAP 必须非常熟悉 SAP，无SAP经验者无缘，
2.Must communicate in English both in written and spocken.必须能使用英语进行口语和书面的交流，仅具有读写能力者无缘。
3.Bacherlor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
4.Minmum 5 years of work experience in accounting , costing, financial planning, preferably in manufacturing environment
5.Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
6.Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
7.Must be able to get along with colleagues, customs, vendors, and visitors to the company and work in a team environment
8.Result oriented, strong character and have good problem solving skills
