Reporting Line
Senior Manager (Northern China), Marketing & Communications Department

Position Overview
Savills currently seeks qualified candidates who have a passion for marketing. The focus of the available position will be on handling PR, Online Marketing and Design & Production of the department, including:

? Establish and maintain good working relationships with media and pitch media, and generate regular positive media exposure of the Savills brand in Northern China.
? Arrange video interviews from local televisions, including CCTV, CGTN, BTV, etc. for senior management.
? Organize press conferences, seminars, corporate events and internal activities.
? Providing consulting services to other departments on PR activities on a project basis, as and when requested.
? Under the leadership of Department Head, handle PR related crisis management for Savills Northern China offices and departments as and when required.
? Edit WeChat and eDM of Savills Northern China corporate news and business team news.
? Manage information update in Savills corporate website Savills Northern China offices.
? Prepare clipping reports on weekly basis for the Northern China region.
? Assist SH Design & Production Manager to manage design and production of corporate marketing materials for Savills Northern China offices.
? Manage marketing vendor’s procurement process.
