Maersk Line GCC is looking for a Business Finance Manager based in Shanghai. You will be leading a team continue on the transformation journey to become highly recognized for excellent business acumen and as a trusted business partner. This includes competency development on deep analytical inside to drive performance, identify risks and opportunities to the business, use facts to influence key stakeholders’ decision-making, with the ultimate goal to create positive impact to company’s profits. You will lead the Business Finance Team to drive Cluster performance management with an objective, holistic and cross functional view in driving performance management. The position is part of the extended Cluster Leadership Team（CLT）who will work closely with Cluster Functional Heads to develop Cluster Business Plan and drive business strategy. This role will put you in a challenging and engaging workplace, and provide excellent learning opportunities from the business.

Key Responsibilities
?Overall performance management in Greater China Cluster. Identify risk and opportunities to the business based on internal and external data
?Proactively support right insight to strategically impact forward looking business decision making
?Support top management on Cluster Business Plan designing. Drive execution on Business Plan implementation
?Running Cluster MLOS to continue improving on efficiency and effectiveness including. This includes weekly and monthly management meetings as well as key cluster and regional commercial performance reviews (QCR, OPR)
?Develop a highly competent Business Finance Team to become a trusted partner with value creation
