Duties and Responsibility:
1. Lead, direct, and control promotion planning for departments of Skincare, Cosmetics and General Merchandise, to maximize promotion productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness in order to support business growth
2. Explore new and effective promotion mechanics and work with trading category team on promotion strategies to align with the overall business objectives.
3. Conduct regular review on promotion performance analysis and off-shelf-display matrix to control risk and provide better guidance to category team.
4. Work closely with marketing, supply chain and operation team to ensure effective promotion communication and execution.
5. Constantly well-understanding core consumer insight and needs as well as rapid competition and market change, not only limit to China but also global and international trend.
6. Give promotion guidance to regional trading and marketing team with alignment of the same business objectives.
7. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop professional team to ensure the organization and promotion strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years on marketing related experience, including various brand/trade marketing/promotion management, FMCG/Luxury/premium industries or physical and online retailer management experience is a plus
2. Bachelor degree or above in Marketing\Communication or Business related
3. Consumer centric and strong in strategic promotion and marketing planning, converting into business cases
4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
5. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment with team
6. strong team leader experience
7. Good command of written and spoken English
8. Good presentation skill
9. Demonstrate negotiation abilities and able to work under pressure
