To assist in the day to day running of the Human Resources Department recruitment function, ensuring administration recruitment systems and company policies and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of associate satisfaction.
协助人力资源部的日常招聘运作,并确保所有招聘系统和公司政策得到很好的员工满意度。
1. Function as primary support to the Human Resources Department including activities in employment & associates relations..
在聘用、员工关系方面支持人力资源部。
2. To prepare employment advertisements according to requirement of vacancy replacement.
根据职位空缺,准备招聘广告。
3. To administer PAF for personnel movement eg. New hires, resignation, promotion, transfer, dismissal, etc.
跟进人事变动表的进度,如新聘员工、员工离职、升职、内部调职及开除等。
4. To administer the recruitment system(I-Grasp & Very East) and update job vacancy timely, responsible for applying EID for authorized associates.
管理万豪招聘系统(I-Grasp & ***东方)并及时更新岗位空缺,负责为授权员工申请EID。
5. Assist the Recruitment Function Manager to develop and implement the hotel’s recruitment plan.
协助招聘经理建立和执行酒店的招聘计划。
6. Assist to organize Annual Associates Party and different types of sports and recreation program for hotel associates to achieve total associates satisfaction.
协助组织年度员工晚会及其他运动娱乐活动,以实现员工整体满意。
7. Ensure compliance and fair application of corporate, legal and hotel human resources policies and procedures.
保证执行公司、法律及酒店的政策和程序。
8. To assist in conducting employee orientation and hotel tour for all new hired associates and ongoing programs to foster positive attitude to company goals.
协助员工入职培训、参观酒店及其他培训课程的推广,以加强积极的公司目标。
9. Maintain and update monthly recruitment report and turnover report.
维护和更新月度招聘报表和流动率报表。
10. Inspect all heart of the house areas to ensure the compliance of the hotel’s standard requirement.
检查酒店后区以确保酒店标准的执行。
11. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
根据公司政策和程序,及时高效完成各项工作。
12. Maintain a favourable working relationship with all associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
与所有员工保持积极的工作关系,以建立和提高团队合作和和谐。
任职要求:
? Recruitment Assistant – Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative support role
具有1年助理相关的经验。
? Good knowledge in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access preferred but not necessary
熟悉Words, Excel, PowerPoint等电脑系统和程序。
? Attention to details
有对细节的观察力。
? Ability to compile reports as required using HRMIS
在人力资源信息管理系统内完成各种报告。
? Ability to work as a team to achieve common goal
有团队精神,并完成统一目标。
? Have service mentality
有服务意愿。
? High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
