POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Full in charge of warehouse management.
负责仓库管理工作

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1. Responsible for warehouse management and coordinate with relevant department;
全面负责仓库管理工作，与相关部门的协调沟通；
2. Lead warehouse team, including on-job training, implement successor plan, rotation, evaluation for all warehouse staff and so on;
管理仓库团队，包括培训、继任者计划、轮岗、考核等；
3. Responsible for overall planning the warehouse layout and constant optimize;
负责统筹规划并不断优化仓库布局；
4. Responsible for supervision of usage and maintenance for software and hardware equipment of warehouse;
监督仓库软硬件设备的使用及维护；
5. Take master responsibility for the safety of the materials in warehouse, ensure warehouse’s account agree with physical inventory, and flawless operation process;
对仓库物料的安全担负最重要的职责，确保仓库物料帐实相符，操作流程无漏洞；
6. Organize regular take stock and timely resolve issue found;
组织定期盘点，对盘点中发现的问题进行解决；
7. Deal with inactive stock continuously;
持续进行呆滞库存的处理工作；
8. Approve warehouse staff’s request for overtime, control warehouse cost in a reasonable scope;
负责对仓库人员的加班进行审批，控制仓库其他成本在合理范围内；
9. Responsible for face with warehouse audit, and rectify problem found in audit;
负责仓库评审的准备工作，并对评审中出现的问题进行整改；
10. Undertake continuous improvement activities in the scope of responsibility;
在自己所负责的工作范围内积极开展持续改善活动；
11. Achieve any other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成领导交付的其他工作。

QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistic or production management related field is best;
本科及以上，物流或生产管理相关专业***；
2. Min.5 years working experience of warehouse management in manufactory industry, have experiences for directly lead more than 10 staff;
5年以上制造业仓库管理经验, 具有直接领导10名以上员工的经验；
3. Must be versed in OFFICE software, familiar with at least a ERP software, have SAP software using experience is a plus;
熟练使用 Office办公软件，熟悉一种以上ERP软件，有SAP使用经验者优先；
4. Master warehouse management skill and familiar with the concept of logistic management;
掌握仓库管理各项技能，熟悉现代物流管理理念；
5. Steady fellow, patience and carefulness, and have hardworking spirit;
沉着稳重，做事细心认真，吃苦耐劳
6. Basic English skill.
