职位描述：
The Job
？ Lead three teams (NPI & Industrial Engineering, Equipment Engineering & Automation and Production Engineering). The whole team headcount could be reached to 20-30 staffs or even more.
？ Responsible for the Site Capacity Study and Planning, make sure the capacity to meet customers’ demand and ramp up plan.
？ Establish and clearly communicate with global and regional Industrial Engineering strategies to the Industrial Engineering Department.
？ NPI project, work with product development dept. to introduce new product/project to China from HQ to mass production phase, mainly focus on the manufacturing process technology and regulatory compliance, process set up and qualification.
？ Production equipment management, keeps the production line running smoothly, decrease downtime, and improve equipment availability and OEE, ensure production schedule implemented and delivery to customer on time.
？ Lead the site process and efficiency improvement, head count plan and schedule.
？ Plan and improve overall production layout line balancing and optimization.
？ Analyze equipment/tooling availability vs. build plan requirement, recommend action plans to mitigate constraints, ensure equipment/tooling capacity are not a limited to support business demand.
？ Provide justification and obtain the approval for additional capital expenditure to support additional equipment/tooling purchase request.
？ Lead lean activities continuously across the company by developing a solid process foundation and data integrity in order to support process improvement through the organization.

The Incumbent
？ Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering related.
？ At least 8 years’ of working experience in process engineering, industrial engineering as well as automation.
？ Strong leadership skill with leading a sizable team
？ Manufacturing background is a must
？ Self-motivate and good initiative
