Key Responsibilities

1, Supply Planning & Inventory Management
？Optimize inventory level to achieve monthly Inventory target and maintain OTD
？Improve inventory healthy level and standardize process
？Work with cross function team to coordinate issues occurred to make sure goods arrival on time

2, Sales Forecast & budget
？Visual Management for all sales relative data
？Budget planning and validate monthly/quarter/yearly forecast and budget

3, Logistic
？Custom clearance process improvement including HS-Code/CIQ process
？Warehouse improvement including cold chain/EHS/daily operation
？Transportation cost reduction and process improvement

4, Project Management
？Lead Key supply chain improvement project and achieve the target.
？Organize Kaizen workshop for process improvement
？Drive lean culture through whole team

Skills and Abilities
？Good communication skill, teamwork spirit, positive attitude and constant passion
？Logical thinking and analytical skill, good knowledge of Lean manufacturing
？Skill and ability to manage the issues and exceptional
？Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
？Good command of written & oral English
？Positive working attitude to customer-oriented serving mind-set
？Proactive communication and team-player, take initiatives.
？Project management skill will be a must

Desirable
？Bachelor Education with management/logistic
？Lean concept and continues improvement process in mind
