Responsibility
The job includes technical responsibility for all technical issues for a number of customers.
1. Build up knowledge and understanding to the technical organization at the customer and be the main technical support.
2. Main driver of executing product variants internally through a dedicated team
3. Developing account plans in conjunction with Key Account Manager (KAM) by providing input based on and in depth technical understanding
· Creating knowledge and understanding with OEM customers requiring high levels of technical interfaces and support
· Developing detailed product requirements and specifications to drive product development
· Developing solutions for different markets satisfying global directives and standards
· Conveying understandable, detailed technical information in written form as well as phone conversations and in face-to-face meetings
· Establishing network with Group OEM and customer
Requirement:
Decision Competences
Identify solution for new product development
Able to find the right way to influence customer's decision
Technical risk management
Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical design background with over 4 years experiences
Familiar with Catia, pro-E, solidworks, Microsoft office tools.
Have a solid understanding of quality control, warranty and failure analysis.
Familiar with design tools and tool making for cast iron parts as well as injection-moulded composite parts.
Familiar with ensuring quality through i.e. FMEA and intensive validation.
Thrive in a hectic and changing environment.
Fast Learning and active listening - high learning agility and ability to learn listen and comprehend customer challenges and develop attractive solutions
Communicate in a straightforward and factual manner.
Fluent in English speaking and writing.
Familiar with gas boiler application knowledge is a plus
