Job Title: Sales Supervisor / Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Location: Taicang (太仓)
Industry: Auto. Parts

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop sales team to meet current and long-term goals
- Build and implement sales plan (Mkt research, prospection, negotiation, making the deal)
- Negotiate new and existing contracts (price, terms of payment, etc)
- Effectively coordinate sales team to complete qualification process, conclude sales contracts and ensure timely payment of receivables to meet company goals (OTC – order to cash)
- Monitor and report of market trends and competitor activities

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, analytical ability and most importantly is a team builder. The candidate must have initiative and be proactive on planning and organizing the sales structure. We are looking for somebody with a hands-on approach that enjoys challenges that will start a supervisor and grow within the company to a manager role.

Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant field, Business/Marketing preferred.
- 3 to 5 years experience of sales in Automotive industry (Knowledge on purchasing system of OEMs, how products are developed within the industry and how to prospect new business)
- Fluent in English
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong negotiation skills
