职位描述：
The Job
？ Lead a team for production and materials planning activities.
？ Develop an effective planning system under SAP environment.
？ Proactively work with other concern parties for better up-front planning activities such as labor resource planning, capacity allocation and balance…etc.
？ Optimize production capacity and efficiency.
？ Reduce process lead time, WIP (Working In Process) and inventory level with support by best planning process.
？ Ensure production and shipment schedule be always on time.

The Incumbent
？ Bachelor degree or above.
？ 8 years or above PMC working experience included at least 3 years in management level
？ Strong leadership and management skill.
？ Solid and expertise skills in manufacturing process.
？ Strong analysis skill in order to identify root cause and define area for improvement.
？ Excellent computer skill especially in Microsoft Excel.
？ Familiar with SAP is highly preferred.
？ Able to work independent and under high pressure.
？ Proficient in both Chinese and English. 举报 分享
