PURPOSE OF THE POSITION：
Provide accounting works in PRC level, in accordance with Group accounting manual and PRC GAAP, work together with the Assistant accounting manager to complete the month end/year end closing accurately and timely.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
ACCOUNTING
Book keeping
? AR/AP booking and reconciliations
? AR/AP clearances against bank statement
? Provision/accruals booking and reconciliations
? Salary booking and reconciliations
? Asset management (acquisition, impairment, transfer, depreciations & amortizations and disposal)
? Intercompany booking and reconciliations
? Month-end closing (accrual, cost allocation, IC transactions between WFOE & branches)
? Year-end closure (statutory account and group account)
? Audit process (follow the full process of Audit
TAX DECLARATIONS
VAT - Issue VAT invoices & VAT declaration preparations in e-tax system
CIT – support on the annual CIT returns preparation.
REQUIREMENTS
? Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
? Strong understanding of statutory, regulatory and accounting standards under PRC GAAP
? Must be PC proficient and be able to thrive in a fast -pace setting. Experience with SAP ERP system.
? 5+ years accounting working experiences in a retail or FMCG industry.
? Committed, detail-minded, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
