Responsibilities:
1. Identify appropriate supply base within a country/region.
2. Leads sourcing activities within a country/region and participates on the appropriate teams in either the leadership or participant role
3. Assures that the supply base has enough capacity to meet demand. Pushes for expansion of supplier capacity (when required) when necessary to meet the growth plans of the business.
4. Assures the necessary project tracking process and completes the required supplier information (requests for information, requests for quotation, NDA's, ...)
5. Coordinate the supplier launch process for new suppliers
6. The local Timken interface with suppliers within the country/region for the Timken organization.
7. Support the assistance for purchasing after the transition to the Purchasing organization has been completed.
8. Coaching and leading team member to achieve targets within the organization.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with mechanical major or above;
2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in foreign companies;
3. Solid written and oral English ability;
4. Work well under pressure;
