PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Sr Customer Service Associate works for China customer service team to make customer order fulfillment from order entry to shipment, manage the whole order to delivery process to ensure efficiency, smoothness and error-free so as to meet customer satisfaction


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Making order fulfillment and meeting customer on time delivery request
? Answer customer phone calls or email about order/product /delivery inquiries and follow up as and when necessary
? Check customer order before entry and feedback customer any amendment if any
? Timely complete SAP order entry with error-free to meet KPI
? Follow up closely with sales, plants, logistic and customers during operation
? Feedback and communicate closely with customers on any issues occurred during OTS operation and seek resolution
? Coordinate with internal colleagues on order credit release, scheduling, delivery and billing till full completion
? Timely send shipping instruction to book vessel and obtain ETD/ETA for customer clearance
? Vet LC and prepare docs and send to FI for Bank negotiation

Developing diversified capabilities to support team
? Work as a team player and collaborate in team to support each other
? Back up in team and to be able to work cross product lines

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? Understand Customer Service OTS process
? Understand Customer Service daily operation
? With international trade knowledge

EXPERIENCE:
? Above 2 years customer service experience
? Basic SAP or ERP knowledge or SAP E8P user


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
? Good team player
? Good communication skill in Mandarin and English
? Good in Microsoft, excel and ppt
? Able to work under pressure
