Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll & HRIS:
1. In charge of monthly payroll, incentive, social security, IIT and annual bonus payout and answer all C&B related queries in a professional manner
2. Work with HR Agents on social Insurance execution, IIT & additional benefit, i.e. monthly bill checking and payment preparation, yearly social security/housing fund base adjustment, etc.
3. Prepare all monthly/quarterly/yearly payroll related reports according to management requirements
4. Prepare data for yearly compensation survey and study marketing trend for yearly salary review
5. Prepare data analysis to support proposal for annual merit increase
6. Prepare yearly labor cost budget according to business requirements
7. Handle internal and external payroll audit
8. Act as the key user for internal HR system, maintain and solve day-to-day HRIS issues
Staffing & Training:
1. Handle internal employment management processes from hiring to termination, i.e. labor contract signing, probation evaluation process for new joiner , etc
2. Work with HR Agency on employment/exit management
3. Handel foreign employee’s working permit / visa & Non Shanghai employee’s Shanghai residence / hukou transfer issue.
4. Prepare staff movement process(transfer/promotion/retention, etc.) and employee contract renew management
5. Prepare and submit kinds of manpower analysis reports (turnover, vacancy, headcount) by monthly
6. Temp and dispatching staff management
7. Accurate and up to date Staff basic information maintain and P-file management
8. Provide counsel and advise in resolving employee relations issue
9. Complete exit interview for resignees
10. Facilitate the procedures to prepare for annual performance appraisal exercise to ensure all the appraisal forms and salary adjustment worksheets are completed as scheduled
11. Arrange and coordinate New Hire Orientation training, update the training materials periodically and conduct some New Hire trainings
Others:
1. Support in organizing various Communication Programs, employee events and track on its effectiveness
2. Develop or find innovative ways to communicate and reinforce company Culture, Values, Strategy and Goals
3. Find the ways to improve internal HR process and raise efficiency
4. Manage existing employee recognition program (anniversary award and result award) and propose other scheme to motivate outstanding employees
5. Work with HR team for HR projects
6. Back up for other HR team member’s work
7. Other duties assigned or requested
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in related discipline
2. At least 5+ relevant working experience in similar role in multinational organization, knowledge in Platinum HR System is a plus;
3. Well-versed of PRC labor laws, regulations, policies and social insurance systems
4. Ability to interface amiably and professionally with people of different levels and backgrounds
5. Strong with PAYROLL & STAFFING function, experience in other HR functions is a plus
6. Good communication skill, English ability, computer skills on MS office
7. Keep confidentiality and detailed oriented
8. Strong and independent personality and take initiative
9. Good team player, self motivated and able to work under pressure
