Position Responsibilities
? Provide service to our customer via phone and Email in the manner of polite and professional way.
? Handle customer request/question/incident base on project requirement and support process.
? Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level.
? Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed.
? Record and update ticket information in time.

Position Requirements
Formal Education:
? Bachelor degree, major in English Language, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Years of Experience:
? 2+ years’ experience in Japanese customer service support for PCs or in a customer service role
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
? Familiar with Windows XP and Windows 7
? Familiar with Microsoft Application troubleshooting
? Familiar with network connectivity (e.g., LAN connectivity, dial-up connectivity, etc.) and printing troubleshooting
Soft Skills:
? Good English communication skill, can read, write, listen, speak in English.
? Excellent customer service skills
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Good problem solving and analytical skills
