Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
- Operational planning, lead and also execution of gasoline engine calibration task within the task frame work specializing in OBD and Emissions (budget, timing, technical target, resources and quality)
制定可实行的策划、领导并执行在任务规定范围内的汽油机OBD和排放工作 (包括项目预算、时间、技术目标、资源和质量)
- Plan and lead dynamometer engine development & validation testing and manage daily dynamometer activities (both hardware & calibration)
策划并领导测功机台架的发动机开发和验证试验，管理测功机的日常运行(包括硬件和标定)
- Carryout calibration tasks in gasoline engine and in-vehicle SOP Calibration programs
执行汽油或柴油发动机机标定任务以及车载SOP标定项目
- Conducts, evaluates and documents detailed experiments according to guidelines in vehicle and on engine test bench
按照整车和发动机测试台架指南执行并评估详细的试验并将其文件化
- Provides guidance and training, sometimes on-site, for engine installation, test bed set-up and engine and vehicle testing processes and development experiments for AVL’s clients.
为AVL的客户提供指导和培训（有时在客户现场），包括发动机安装、台架设置、发动机及整车测试过程以及开发试验。
- Professional work with data analysis tools such as AVL Concerto and engine testing equipment
使用数据分析工具如AVL Concerto以及发动机测试设备开展专业的工作
- Evaluation, documentation and presentation of experimental results in English
用英语对试验结果进行评估、文件化以及进行演讲
- Direct contact with customer, AVL expert network and AVL Helpline

- Support department skill-team leader for technical proposal support
为部门经理的技术性提案提供支持
- Support sales team with presentation material and customer visits

Qualification 任职要求：
- Technician college certificate, Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Automation engineering
本科以上学历，机械或车辆工程等相关专业
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in calibration or validation of gasoline engines specializing in vehicle OBD and Emissions.
至少3年整车OBD和排放的标定或数据汽油机经验
- Familiar with test bed systems, test bed testing methods and calibration procedures
熟悉台架系统，测试方法及标定步骤
- Good communication skills, and presentation skills
良好的沟通及演讲技巧
- Fluent in English, German if possible
英语流利，会德语优先考虑
- Good team player, self-motivated.
