职位描述：
1. Manage the outstanding AR balances falling due and contact customers to secure payment.
2.Review the company accounts receivable procedures and develop and implement enhancements where required
3.Reconcile outstanding customer balances and resolve any queries
4.Analyze over 90 days balances, assess revenue exposure and review AR Provisions with the Finance Manager to effectively manage our collections risk
5.Review credit worthiness of new and existing customers, set and monitor credit limits in consultation with the Financial Manager
6.Preparation and of customer statements, and dispatch of some customer invoices
7.Cash flow forecasting and setting of collection targets
8.Develop internal relationships with Partner Account Managers
9.Initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
10.Keep the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques

职责要求：
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or any other related disciplines.
2.3-5 years working experience in MNC, freight forwarding, Credit analysis.
3.Strong knowledge and skills in Excel
4.Effective oral & written communication skills in English & Chinese
5.Strong communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships and effective interface with customers with good business sense.
