Responsibility
Master customer requirement and finish related work, including maintain customer’s website and maintain other information customer requested.
Collect and manage order files \price files\ contract files, collect and transfer forcast and send to Plan dep in time, and track them in order to have enough production
Confirm the delivery time with customers.
Arrange logistic to ship the products acc order time.
Follow the shipment and ensure that they can arrive without delay.
Control VMI stock and freight.effectively
Finish invoice job of customer acc requirement.
Follow up customers’ payment and deal with payment delay job with KAM’s guide.
Coordinate to solve the problem if there is customer complaint or claim;
Control and manage clip(print and cut label)
Collect Sales information of customer
Contact with customer through the excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude;
be coordinator between BFC and customer;
Improve the service to ensure quick and efficient response to customer;
Finish filling Sales data to SCALA correctly.
Finish Sales report(flash report and Cognos report)excellent communication skills
High flexibility to work on multi task assignments
Requirement
Familiar with MS-Office
Excellent communication skill (positive, pro-active and supportive) both in Chinese and English
Above college degree
