Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
-Interact with credit bureaus on day-to-day basis
-Capacity planning, headcount management and budget management for CCS
-Develop comprehensive management information system to monitor operation team’s productivity, process efficiency and execution quality
-Ongoing or ad-hoc process review to explore opportunity in operation process streamlining
-Business Oversight and quality check on credit operation processes within CCS and related vendor process
-Ensure timely remediation of all Regulatory and Internal controls audits (GAA/CRRI/Health Checks, etc.)

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance or related field.
-Knowledge or exposure to operations process design and operations engineering analysis, and intimate knowledge of strategies and corporate policies. -Knowledge of Risk regulations and audit requirements.
-Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages.
-Have good communication skills – both written and verbal.
-Have adaptability to change and changing work priorities.
-Have strong problem solving skills.
-Have the ability to work under pressure and achieve agreed deadlines.
-Be a strong team player and contribute to the success of team work taking up different roles and activities.
-Demonstrate exceptional integrity, delivering on time what they promised maintaining confidentiality, following policies, processes and regulations.
