职位描述：
1. Senior BA Excellence Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
？ Lead the BA performance team and develop the strategic performance improvement projects
？ Lead the execution of all strategic and performance improvement projects for BA team in National, and capture the process improvement.
？ Beauty Advisor Individual Sales/ KPI performance analysis and management.
？ New trail performance and analysis.
？ Report and Database maintenance and development.

？ Strategy to drive OB/ New Trail sales growth
？ Beauty Advisor Incentive scheme design and monitoring
？ Beauty Advisor management team bonus scheme proposal strategy
？ Coordinate National competition principle design and rollout

？ Lead the BA Academy team and intensify the capacity of BA team
？ BA team career path development and training curriculum assessment
？ BAS training skill and coaching skill improvement
？ New trail course management

Personal Qualities&Qualifications
1、 Bachelor degree or above, Major in Economics, Statistics, or Business related professional
2、 Over 8 years working experience, retail operation background preferable but not a must
3、 Excellent PC skills (including MS Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc); Possess Programming skill (Macro) will be an advantage
4、 Excellent oral and written English (CET6 or above);
5、 Strong analytic skills on business/operation environment
6、 Good communication and presentation skill;
