Role Description
Lead the entire Financial Planning, Forecast, Analysis and Reporting process across all BU’s and Functions of the EPO group, to provide proactive FP&A supports on the major business review process, key business decision making and financial target achievement.

Major Role and Responsibilities
？ Provide timely, summarized and accurate financial reporting and analysis to Senior Management team to highlight the business performance, risk and opportunities.
？ Take the lead on the entire company Annual Financial Plan and rolling forecast process. Coordinate all BU’s and functions on the Planning timeline, target alignment and key investment projects, to ensure the timeliness and completeness of annual budgets.
？ Timely complete the monthly financial analysis deck to summarize the financial KPI performance vs Plan and PY, analyze the major variance and key drivers; Propose actions and follow up the executions.
？ Deeply involve into all major business processes and key projects to provide financial analysis support to their decision making, process enhancement and target achievement.
？ Collaborate with Accounting team to ensure a smooth and accurate month/quarter end closing process.
？ Conduct a rigorous but efficient budget control on major expense and Capex.
？ Coordinate the overseas BU’s to ensure their compliance with the HQ FP&A calendar and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
？ Build and develop the FP&A team’s capacity and competence.

Requirements:
Education:
？ Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Finance.
？ CPA or ACCA/CIMA qualification is preferable.
Experience:
? 10+ years related working experience including at least 5 years in FP&A role in the sizable MNC or local companies of Retail or FMCG industry. 3 years on the managerial roles is a must.
? Strong financial analysis skill and strong business senses.

Competence:
? Good communication skill and positive partnership mindset
? Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills to summarize the business insights and highlight the key messages from large amount of raw data;
? Good English skill.
? Attention to details, hands-on, and can work under pressure and tight deadline. 举报 分享
