Position Title: Business Consultant (Automobile industry)

Job Summary
The Business Consultant will provide business consulting about automobile industry. The Business Consultant has broad knowledge of the automobile industry and specific, in-depth expertise in a particular segment or functional area of that industry. This individual provides subject matter expertise on engagements and identifies new target opportunities emerging within the industry. In addition, the Business Consultant plays an active role in pre- and post-sale activity, ensuring a long-term partnership with Teradata customers.

Key Responsibilities
？ Support both post-sales implementation and pre-sales.
？ Play a key role in business requirement analysis, solution development and mentor colleagues about automobile business.
？ Play a key role in Business Consultant in business analysis, such as Automotive engineering analysis, Procurement analysis, Manufacturing analysis, Marketing analysis, Logistics / Telematics analysis, Quality / Warranty analysis and other Business Intelligence related consulting.
？ Play a supporting role in Enterprise Data Warehouse implementation and data governance. including Business Discovery, Information Discovery, Business requirement analysis.

Work Environment
Flexible to work in office or customer site and to travel across East China when required

Basic Qualifications
？ Bachelors Degree or above in manufacturing, statistics, Computer Science
？ In depth knowledge of automobile industry. Rich business knowledge in Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality / Warranty and so on.
？ Familiar with automobile industry data, such as the vehicle BoM data, Vehicle Sensor and so on.
？ 3-5 years IT experience including at least 3 years continuous experience in automobile industry, focus on one of the following subjects: business analysis, solution development and Enterprise Data Warehouse implementation.
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
？ Excellent interpersonal skills
？ Self-motivated
？ Works independently and under hard pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
？ Experienced in automobile application design and implementation
