JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Be responsible for management of warehouse operator team and ensure smooth site logistics operation in an efficient and safe way.
2.Responsible for and coordination on HSE&S related affairs implementation within warehouse team. Strictly follow the HSE policy and product stewardship requirements, training of personnel involved with respect to the specific risks during handling warehouse operation. Ensure a safe working environment for people involved in warehouse operation (including external partners on site operation).
3.Developing warehouse operators both in operation skill and SAP knowledge and ensure they are capable to deal daily warehousing operation
4.Setup SOP for all warehousing operation and activities.
5.To manage the inventory and coordinate with finance to carry out regular physical counting. To ensure 100% accuracy of all stock (Physical stock with SAP stock) in warehouse.
6.To assist logistics manage on warehouse layout and storage plan to ensure high utilization of storage room
7.Responsible for management of warehousing facilities and ensure they are operational status
REQUIREMENTS
1.Above Junior College degree
2.More than five years of experience in warehouse operation fields. Have relative knowledge of peroxides; know how to handle DG cargo handling. A good knowledge of the chemical industry conditions would be a strong advantage.
3.Basic English skill
4.Diplomatic behavior, flexible and stress stable personality, team player.
5.Basic analytical capabilities and computer skills.
6.Showing initiative in day-to-day operation and come up with improvement proposals to management
7.Good communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to communicate with various levels effectively within the organization
8.Management skills in people development and team building.
