职位描述：
1. Purpose of the job
Assist HR Manager in supervising HR operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR support. Plan, implement and coordinate a variety of HR activities and programs mainly covering recruitment and employee relations to achieve desired business results.
2. Major accountabilities
- Assist HR Manager to implement overall HR strategies, policies, and programs to support business strategies and goals.
- Develop and update headcount and recruitment plan according to business needs.
- Carry out recruitment activities, evaluate candidates and make recommendation on hiring decision.
- Explore and manage recruitment channels. Identify best channel for recruitment of employees of different levels.
- Maintain updated organizational chart and job descriptions.
- Labor contract administration, including new contracts, renewals and probation review.
- Promote desired corporate culture and improve employee satisfaction. Resolve ER issues effectively.
- Maintain employee data in KPP system.

4. Technical Competencies & Skills
Sound knowledge in HR management and rich experience in recruitment
Good command of English
Proficient in MS Office
5. Expertise
Bachelor degree
