Commercial Banking (CMB)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
1.Provide full operational support to RM team with high efficiency and consistence, ensuring deadlines are met.
2.Provide excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. The quality can be determined by com plaints, compliments and customer satisfaction surveys.
3.Work collaboratively with the wider team
4.Act as a role model for our Group Values and behaviors, supporting colleagues and customers to deliver superior customer service through these values.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1.Relevant experience working in an administrative role or team
2.Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of working under pressure
3.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
4.Ability to prioritise workload effectively
