1. 负责组织和指导设计过程中金属材料的选择与确认工作；
2. 组织和指导供方材料的认证、认可与国产化工作；
3. 参与原材料供应商的开发及认证
4. 参与新项目前期的技术评审工作，并提出技术分析报告；
5. 组织和指导规范不同零部件材料的选用范围并推荐使用，参与制定企业材料管理及技术标准；
6. 组织参加失效模式和后果分析，参与产品生产故障、质量问题、技术问题研究分析并提出处理意见；
7. 组织开展医用新材料、新工艺的开发及应用推广工作。
任职资格：
大学专科以上学历，金属材料、冶金类相关专业背景。
五年以上材料工程师专业工作经验
具备良好的学习与系统分析能力，踏实肯干，喜好技术钻研
