Responsible for container application, maintenance, tracing ;
Responsible for all relevant data of containers be inputted into system timely & accurate ;
Responsible for detention charge calculation , checking of export shipments & coordination work for terminal handling charge , detention charge checking of import shipment ;
Responsible for coordination work with each depot;
Responsible for coordination work with each department;
Coordination work with each shipping agency;
Overall monitor, guide ,take charge of daily work of export shipments , ensure all relevant business to be done smoothly & efficiently;

Requirements：
3 years or above relevant company working experiences，in shipping company with 1 years in managerial position is prefer;
Good management and leadership skills ;
Honest, Self-motivated and be willing to work under pressure;
Strong sense of responsibility and team player;
Strong communication & coordination skills , do excellent job in sudden case happened ;
Good computer operation skill, be familiar with MS Word and Excel, etc;
Good communication in both spoken and written English;
Noble work ethics.

工作职责:
负责集装箱的申请、维护、追踪；
负责关于集装箱系统信息的输入、维护，保证数据的准确性和及时性； 负责出口滞箱费的计算、核对以及关于进口费收的协调工作；
负责与各堆场的协调工作；
负责与公司各部门之间的协调工作；
负责与各船代之间的协调工作；
全面监管、审核、指导出口操作的日常工作，保证部门相关业务的有效进行。

要求：
三年以上船公司相关工作经验，有1年以上管理经验者为佳；
有一定的团队领导工作经验；
工作认真，积极主动并能承受压力
具有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神
沟通协调能力强，具有良好的应变能力和处理突发事件的能力；
良好的计算机操作技能，熟练运用EXCEL,WORD 等办公软件；
良好的英语听说读写能力。
