Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
• Deputy city manager, support head of Mobile Sales Force and city manager by managing 4-5 mobile sales teams
• Support city manager to create direct and significant contributions to the business strategy and business operating plan.
• Support city manager to drive key revenue to the overall business through new to bank acquisition strategies.
• Support city manager to create strategies to drive business performance from the business sales areas being managed while managing costs and overall P&L of the sales channel.
• Clearly articulate the strategic vision for the team and sets clear objectives for the team to work on.
• Manage complex customer issues.
• Work closely with cross functional teams towards service excellence, business development efficiency and quality.
• Understand business risk related to business units being managed and as such puts a proper mechanism to monitor and control such risks.
• Experienced professionals with robust know how in the areas of consumer insights, market trends, competitive landscapes, credit and risk management of business development initiatives, business development activities and quality management.
• Establish and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
• Support city manager to closely manage and drive the customer contact strategy and ultimate business performance of the acquisition channel.
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above
• More than 8 years working experience in Banking, it will be a plus with working experience in Credit Card Industry
• Excellent sales management skills
• Customer driven with a strong focus on quality of service
• Excellent coaching skills
• Strong motivational skills
• Remote management capabilities.
• Good English and Mandarin skills
