Sales-Seafreight&Airfreight-for a global freight forwarding company
The client
Our client is global freight forwarding company, and looking for a candidate with solid freight forwarding sales experience including air freight,sea freight, logistics and domestic transportation.
Reports to: Sales Manager & Branch Manager
Location: Suzhou
Principal responsibility
Air and sea freight business development-direct client
Promote our branding and all provided services.
Effectively communicate/cooperate internally (vertically/horizontally) and within our branch to ensure customers' demand and requirements are 100% satisfied and exceeded.
To achieve sales targets through promoting company products and services (Air,Sea, FCL, LCL, and LSS) to existing and potential customers in assigned customer database and market.
To maintain business relations with customer to foster profitable sales and growth.
To collaborate across internal departments to provide best class of services to customers
Coordination with carriers.
Execute the global carrier management strategy from global and country carrier management team.
Formulate regional sales strategy and approach to market including local customer segmentation and specific value proposition consistent with overall client strategy.
Maintain and develop relationships with clients as appropriate, championing their needs and driving team work within the regional area.
Recommend to Global Headquarter and Regional about the needs from the market.
Executed sales plan and ensure performance and KPI meets and exceeds various business targets.
Requirement
At least 2 years in Sales with solid knowledge of forwarding business
Passion, initiative and drive to continuously develop and serve clients both internal & external with creativity and innovation
Proven track record on landing business, and good Market knowledge and client networking in local areas.
Global view and sense.
Creative problem solving capability.
Advanced interpersonal communication skills.
