职位描述：
This position is the windows of Maag Guangzhou Branch facing to customers for sharpening and service business, mainly responsible for the order processing including working out quotation, contract signing, proceeding the order to workshop for processing, coordinating for payment collection and assist Maag BD director for Market development in China.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
1) Conduct sharpening and service business in Guangzhou branch, duties include:
a) Business reception including registration of customer information, make daily record of the service and work out monthly business report in GZ side
b) Work out quotation, make contract and coordinate invoice issuing..
c) Proceed the order to workshop for handling and coordinate the delivery once order completed.
d) Follow up payment collection.

2) Assist Maag BDG director for related managerial works, duties include:
a) Coordinate for reaching business balance of sharpening and service between Shanghai and
Guangzhou.
b) Assist Maag BDG director to develop sharpening and service market in China.
c) Provide monthly business report to Maag BDG director.
d) Other works arranged by Maag BDG director. 举报 分享
