We prefer this Asia Account Manager who is Chinese, Philippine, Malaysia or Taiwan nationality.
The working location is Changning District, Shanghai, China.

This is an important role that works closely with assigned customers within the territory to the organization, develops and implements sales objectives targeted for these customers, maintains relationships with accounts in order to achieve profitable results and manages business relationship between company & customers, include business projections, forecast, orders, claims and credit risks.

Responsibilities:
1.Manage accounts within the territory as the 2nd line of contact to customers
-Keep very frequent communications with customers to cover all customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to close and response to the customers.
-Pricing - timely quotation to the customers on new product inquires.
-Manage and communicate with customers on business plans, forecast / orders to ensure on time processing & delivery.
-Manage customer account receivables and payment risk control.
-Coordinate internally and externally on new product spec and sample process to ensure new SKU implementation.
-Coordinate and respond to customers for any questions that customers may raise, eg, quality complaints, new leads, audit, delivery, payment.

2. Support Regional Business / Customers Development
-Market & Customer pricing analysis
-Program - Support regional business development manager on the new program requested included but not limited to, marketing materials, new product / SKU development, new product portfolio, new business opportunities …
-Customers and agents development.
-Marketing analysis and activities.
-Establish customer work standard, customer process flow chart.
-Organize customer activities with internal teams to ensure products run well to meet customer expectations.

3. Develop C + D category customers as necessary as the 1st contact with new product and channels, close business negotiations and agreement in accordance with overall company strategy.Assist regional business development manager to develop A + B category customers.
-Support on product & pricing analysis.
-Assist with business reports.
-Keep an eye on market / customer trends.

4. Involve in budget planning and new product planning within territory.
5. Be able to attend on customer meetings.
6. Some travels to visit customers, attend or visit trade fairs.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in business management or engineering.
2. 5 years experience in sales or marketing or business division with a big organization. 3. Experience of working and responsible for accounts of USD$ 5 million +.
4. Excellent English in both writing and speaking, be able to write business letters.
5. A very strong desire to win, ambitious, be able to learn quickly.
6. Very good business sense, a capability from business opportunities to customer contract / deal closing with mutual agreements. Be able to close deals.
7. Good business and finance knowledge, including price and payment terms, quick on numbers.
8. Great interpersonal skill, can handle rejections.
